Vtuber Commissions

Please read my VTuber Terms of Service before you ask for a commission.

Can do: Original characters, kenomimi (furry without snouts)

Won't do: Fanarts

Requirements before commissioning:
1. For designing & rigging, please provide reference images or pegs of what you want your vtuber to look like I'm specifically going to need skin tone, hair style & color, eye style & color, animal mix (if any), and outfit.
2. For art & rigging, please provide a reference sheet of your character.
3. For only rigging, please provide the model's .psd file with complete layering, part separation, and is properly named. If the client wants a specific or more detailed movement but the .psd file's parts are not separated correctly, there will be an additional rate for fixing the the model art file depending on the number and complication.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

As the artist, I...

• Maintain the right to post and advertise my artwork in any form and any platform.
• Maintain the right to stream commissions on my Twitch channel.
• Have the right to turn down any commission.
• Will not copy any other person's art style.
• Will not be held responsible for any misunderstanding and misconception if the commissioner did not thoroughly read my Terms of Service.

As the client, you...
• Are NOT allowed to ask me to keep the commission private or keep it hidden.
• Are NOT allowed to redistribute the model file.
• Are NOT allowed to reuse any parts for personal or commercial use.
• Are NOT allowed to request a model of someone else's character.
• May use the model for personal or commercial use but must have it credited or linked back to me.
• May request minor revisions like color changes or intensity changes in the physics of the rig. Major revisions must be paid for.
• Must consider my art style if you are commissioning me.

By commissioning me, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of service and agrees to be bound by these terms.

Order Form

• Email and Paypal email must be the same.
• Please send me your order form at [email protected] with the subject title as LIVE2D_[Your name/alias].
• I will only take 1 order at a time.

Payment and refund

• Payment is via Paypal Invoice.
• For local clients living in the Philippines, I accept GCash or BDO, or Paypal.
• All payments must be paid up front in full.
• I do NOT accept checks, gift certificates, nor site-exclusive digital currency (i.e. deviantART Points).
• Do not send any payments without receiving an invoice. Any funds sent without an invoice will be considered a donation and will not be refunded.
• Payments must be made within 48 hours upon receiving the PayPal invoice, unless discussed beforehand. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of the commission.
• REFUNDS: I only accept refunds before or during the art stage. If the client chooses to cancel the commission after It has been started, I will be taking a 40% handling fee. For only rigging commissions, I will only allow refunds if I haven't started on it yet so please be sure about your commission.
•Chargebacks: If you fine a chargeback against me, your rights to everything I have made for you will be retracted. You will be added to my blacklist and I will notify other artists and riggers to avoid you.

General Rules & Info

Work Speed:
• I usually take 2-5 weeks on vtuber models depending on the complexity of the commission. Please do not rush me.
• I will show updates after the sketch stage and after the art stage.

List of equipment I use to test Live2D Models:
•Webcam: Logitech C920 PRO HD
•Microphone: Audio-Technica ATR2500-USB
•Face Tracking App: Vtube Studio & PrprLive
•Preferred Face Tracking App: Vtube Studio

Other things to note:
• Make sure you calibrate your camera well. You might need to do it multiple times if needed.
• Make sure your room is well lit for better tracking.
• Different brands of webcam/camera can vary the quality of face tracking.
• Face tracking apps have limitations for certain movements. Bugs and glitches can happen.
